Who loves a good cookie with a cuppa in the afternoon?
This recipe calls for Natures Charm butterscotch coconut sauce which is my new favourite thing to drizzle on all things sweet (aka porridge, pancakes, ice cream, dessert)! Ingredients: (makes 12-16)
· 120g plain flour
· 50g brown sugar
· 100g vegan spread
· 50g oat flour
· 75g butterscotch sauce
· 50g walnuts, chopped
· 1/2tsp baking powder
· 1/2tsp salt
1. Beat together butter sugar and sauce until well combined.
2. Add in dry ingredients and stir until a sticky cookie dough is formed.
3. Gently stir in the walnuts and dollop onto a lined baking tray in spoonfuls.
4. Cook for 12 minutes at 175C.
